Perry was so impressed that he even helped develop the remix
Line of Events
In 1980s Indiana, a group of young friends witness supernatural forces and secret government operations. As they search for answers, the kids unravel a series of incredible mysteries. Steve Perry, former lead singer of Journey, said that Stranger Things season 4’s remix of Journey’s 1980 hit “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)” was done very much the way he originally wanted to do it in the 1980s, but lacked the technology.
If you’re transmitting and someone else is transmitting, you won’t hear them
During a number of episodes, people are seen ‘interrupting’ someone on a two-way radio, or CB – that is, one person talks/transmits and another transmits to interrupt, and then the other person hears the interruption and stops the transmission. This was done several times on the child’s CB radios and on radios used by the police. These radios – CB and police radios from the show’s era – don’t work like that.

The opening titles and fonts of Stranger Things mimic the graininess of the film and the look of the opening credits of 1980s TV series. .Featured on FoundFlix: Stranger Things (2016) The Ending Explained + Season 2 Clues (2016). It’s a pretty intense drama, completely absorbing, the kind of show you can’t help but watch
I’m one of the people who was put off by the idea that this was a children’s drama, from the commercial you would swear this was aimed at a 4 o’clock after school show, the reality is far from that. As someone who grew up in the eighties I can appreciate the detail that went into the production, it’s like they went out and filmed it live, it’s incredibly well done. I absolutely love the music, it’s so fitting, it takes me back to great shows from the eighties.
It’s like Goonies meets the Quatermass experiment
Quality in both seasons one and two, I love the build up and tension that is abundant in the first.
