After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five dead bodies among the illegal cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests a Los Angeles-based operative for an international drug cartel (Brian Le) and impersonates him to go deep undercover in Bangkok criminal underworld.
